Part-Time RN Needed Another Rose, LLC Canton, GA 30114

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assess clients to determine care needs and appropriate level of care. Conduct regular reassessments and document observations, including symptom changes, medication reactions, and overall health status. Recommend interventions to enhance the client’s quality of life. Educate clients and their families on care management and wellness strategies. Maintain communication with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Document clinical notes and progress reports for clients receiving skilled nursing care. Uphold client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations. Maintain accurate time records and submit required documentation promptly. Ensure compliance with agency policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Active and valid RN license in the state of Georgia. Current First Aid and CPR certification. Compassionate, professional, and non-judgmental demeanor. Proficiency in computer use and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Thorough understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards. Willingness to adhere to state, federal, and agency policies. Ability to pass a background check. Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance; willingness to travel as required.
