Role:
As the SDC, you’ll oversee all staff education efforts—from onboarding and ongoing training to compliance tracking and in-house CNA instruction. You’ll also manage our employee health program and lead infection prevention efforts, including staff training, outbreak monitoring, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Provide orientation and ongoing training for nursing and support staff Manage employee health screenings, immunizations, and wellness tracking Lead infection prevention and control efforts, including data tracking and staff education Ensure staff licensure, competencies, and required certifications remain current Support quality assurance and regulatory readiness initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
RN license in good standing Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing Strong communication and leadership skills Knowledge of infection control standards and training best practices Comfortable using data to drive improvements
