Brightmoor Hospice is excited to announce our new Hospice inpatient unit at Southern Regional Medical Center in Clayton County, GA. Start your new year off, on a new journey, with Brightmoor Hospice! We are seeking Hospice nurses to provide care for terminally ill patients in our inpatient unit. Hospice nurses develop care plans for individual patients, monitor patients’ conditions, and provide guidance and support to patients and their families. Hospice nurses assist in making patients final hours/days as peaceful and comfortable as possible.
