Job Description:

Registered Nurse (RN) – Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Join our teamas a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) in the Intensive Care Unit(ICU), where you will provide life-saving care to critically illpatients requiring intensive monitoring and advanced medicalinterventions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patients’ conditionsupon admission and develop individualized care plans tailored totheir critical needs. Administer medications, fluids, andtreatments as prescribed by physicians while closely monitoringpatient responses. Operate advanced medical equipment such asventilators, infusion pumps, and hemodynamic monitors to supportpatient recovery. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams toprovide comprehensive care for patients with complex medicalconditions. Educate families on treatment plans and offer emotionalsupport during challenging situations. Document patient progressaccurately and adjust care plans as needed based on clinicaloutcomes.

Work Environment:
