Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to,experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at thetime of the offer. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care topatients undergoing diagnostic, therapeutic and interventionalprocedures in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab. Assess, prepare andposition patients for procedures. Perform conscious sedation andhemodynamic monitoring as necessary. Prepare, implement anddocument plan of care. Communicate patient’s condition to physicianbefore, during and after procedures. Perform and/or facilitatediagnostic, therapeutic and interventional procedures. Assess and coordinate discharge planning needswith patient, family, and members of the healthcare team. Assessthe physical and psychological status of patients, provideinterventions/treatments and evaluate effectiveness of care toachieve desired patient outcomes. Registration:

Advanced Life Supportobtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transferdate required. American Heart Association or American Red Crossaccepted. BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hiredate or job transfer date required. American Heart Association orAmerican Red Cross accepted. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialedfrom the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state licensefor multi-state license recognition “Compact State” obtained priorto hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

Diploma froman accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professionallicensure at time of hire. Additional Preferences No additionalpreferences.
