$35.29 – $54.71 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant’s relevantexperience
Minimum Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited or stateboard of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing programif less than 3 years experience. State licensure as a RegisteredNurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider and anyrelevant life support certification as determined at positionlevel. 6 months nursing (RN) experience.

through theAmerican Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for theProfessional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS orCPR card must be good through sixty days of hire. Progressive Care Fellowship:
For thoseexperienced nurses who are new to Critical Care, we offer afour-phased orientation that is based on AACN’s ECCO® (Essentialsof Critical Care Orientation) resources and includes simulationbased innovation, blocked learning in a multi-system approach,usage of an electronic orientation tracker and knowledgeverification at each orientation stage. The program pivots onnovice to expert theory and adult learning styles to supportcritical care competency.
Progressive Care:
Direct care in theProgressive Care Unit (PCU) in a technically complex environmentAACN’s Synergy Model and various specialty certification standardsare included in evidence based care models for the PCU ClinicalEducators support and guide individualized specialty education andtraining for competency validation throughout clinical orientation.
