Overview:
The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-qualitypatient care and ensures positive patient outcomes through thecompassionate and efficient application of nursing knowledge.
Working under general supervision, this role promotes professionalnursing practice by coordinating patient care through the nursingprocess and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Nursing Responsibilities:
Reviews patient needs and conditions to deliver nursing care inassigned unit to ensure that every patient receives the direct andproper care needed. Analyzes patient information, including medical history, diagnosticresults, and current condition, to develop individualized nursingcare plans. Prepares nursing processes, such as medication administration andtreatments to provide comprehensive and effective patient care. Reconciles medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance withregulatory standards and organizational policies. Evaluates patient response to interventions and identifies anyadditional interventions needed to meet defined goals of care. Collaborates with interdisciplinary care team to ensure effectivecare planning. Performs other duties as assigned.
