• Alabama IMC RN TravelOpportunity
• Intermediate Care Unit RNs (IMCU RNs) treat patientswho are suffering from serious conditions, such as diabetesmellitus, electrolyte imbalances, renal failure, liver failure,gastrointestinal bleeds, blood disorders, cancer, sepsis,respiratory distress or multi-system organ failure. IMCU RN jobresponsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• IMCU RNs assesseach patients needs individually and collects relevant data, suchas temperature, blood pressure and pain levels, according to thefacilitys prescribed procedure
• Perform physician-prescribedtreatments and communicate effectively with patients, families,physicians, being an advocate for the patient
• Prepare equipmentand assists physician during examination and treatment of patient
• Requires 2 years RN experience with recent experience in thespecialty you are applying for.
