Private Duty Nurse – 16 Hrs/Week – Stone Mountain, GA First Choice Home Care Agency LLC Stone Mountain, GA 30083 First Choice Homecare Agency is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team for a part-time case in Stone Mountain, GA . This is a complex care case involving trach, PEG tube, and wound care, expected to be 16 hours per week, Monday through Friday–flexible hours.

Client Details:

Female Diagnoses include: Anoxic brain injury Myoclonus G-tube feedings On TPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition) Trach in place Active wound care needs

Duties Include:

Clean stoma site Suction airway to maintain clear breathing – PRN (no limit) Clean trach insertion site & complete dressing changes – PRN Monitor for signs/symptoms of infection Administer feeds as ordered via PEG tube Wound care: cleanse area with dermal wound cleanser Apply dressings to sacrum and bilateral ankles Regular assessments and documentation Collaborate with care coordinator and supervising

RN Requirements:

Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Georgia Current CPR certification Experience with trach and PEG care required Wound care experience preferred Strong attention to detail and clinical documentation Reliable transportation and punctuality

Schedule:

Monday through Friday Flexible shifts based on your availability Approximately 16 hours/week
