Nights and Days Length of Assignment:

13 weeks (possibility of extension)

Summary:

Under supervision the RN performs all duties of comprehensive behavioral health nursing services as qualified: Vital sign screenings, Urgent care assessments and treatment, Provide Nursing Assessment at admission. 1. Conduct routine physical examinations upon patient’s entry to the Department hospital site. 2. Dispense (including sub-cutaneous) injections and monitor medications per Doctor’s orders. 3. Monitor Consumer vitals. 4. Document and record in Patient’s record all nursing related encounters. 5. Performs approved techniques to prevent and safely manage aggressive behaviors. Active RN License for State, Active BLS required!!!
