We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical-Surgical Unit on the night shift in Fayetteville, GA. As part of our collaborative nursing team, you’ll deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse adult patient population in a supportive and professional environment.
What You’ll Do:
Provide direct nursing care to med/surg patients in accordance with established policies and procedures Monitor patient conditions and assess needs to ensure optimal recovery Document care, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Educate patients and families on post-hospital care and health maintenance Respond effectively in emergency situations
Qualifications:
Active RN license in Georgia (or compact state) Minimum 1 year of experience in a Med/Surg or acute care setting preferred BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Compassionate and patient-centered mindset
