Discover all the possibilities of a career at Northside today. Responsibilities The Clinical Supervisor is a member of the unit-based leadership team. Provides supervision of the nursing operations of a unit. In the absence of the Manager or Director may assume 24-hour nursing responsibility. Works with a unit specific patient population. The 3C General Medicine/ Neuroscience unit at Northside Hospital Forsyth is a 34-bed unit which serves to provide interdisciplinary, 24/7 care, primarily to an adult and geriatric population. The unit features all private, acute care rooms with telemetry capabilities. Our major diagnoses include patients with alteration of following systems:

RespiratoryGastrointestinalRenalNeurologicalNeurosurgicalCardiovascularEndocrinePulmonaryImmuneWe also treat patients requiring continuous video EEG monitoring. Qualifications

REQUIRED

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing Current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Compact (NLC/eNLC) or Multistate license Must hold Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).

PREFERRED

BSN degree Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN). One (1) year of experience in clinical specialty. Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units. Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.

7pm-7am
