13 weeks (possible extension) About the Role Join a dynamic med-surg/acute care team as a night-shift RN , delivering evidence-based nursing to diverse patient populations. Ideal for those with strong critical-thinking skills who thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity settings.

Responsibilities Perform full nursing process:

assessments, care planning, implementation and evaluation Provide patient-centered care tailored to unique needs and cultural background Participate in bedside shift reports, interdisciplinary rounds, and patient teaching Adhere to safety protocols, regulatory standards, and TJC goals Serve as a preceptor for new nurses and support team performance improvement Requirements Active GA or Compact RN license BLS required ; ACLS required ; additional certifications a plus Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred Direct patient care experience preferred (new grads with strong clinical rotations welcomed) Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and time management skills Perks $48
