Our team consists of highly skilled professionals, including two other providers and a dedicated MD, all of whom are committed to collaborative, patient-centered care. We are seeking an experienced, independent, and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

As an NP or PA at our practice, you will be responsible for independently evaluating and assessing patients with endocrine disorders, formulating treatment plans, and providing high-level care. You will work closely with our MD and other providers, ensuring comprehensive and effective treatment for our patients. We are looking for a provider who is comfortable making clinical decisions, working independently, and collaborating with a team for complex cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including obtaining detailed medical histories, performing physical examinations, and ordering/interpreting diagnostic tests. Diagnose and treat a variety of endocrine disorders (e.g., diabetes, thyroid conditions, adrenal disorders, etc.). Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient needs. Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and preventive care strategies. Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and follow up with patients on an ongoing basis. Collaborate with an MD and other providers for complex cases, treatment planning, and ongoing patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic health record (EHR) system. Provide support for the management of chronic conditions and assist with medication management. Participate in office meetings and contribute to ongoing improvement of clinical operations.

Qualifications:

Valid NP or PA license in [State]. Experience in endocrinology, obesity medicine, or internal medicine is preferred but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Ability to work independently, assess, diagnose, and treat patients autonomously. Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills in managing endocrine disorders.
