Our On-Call RNs are an integral part of our team, providing compassionate care after hours. Our On-Call Nurses have a passionate understanding for the hospice philosophy. They combine their acute/crisis symptom management education with interpersonal communication skills to provide care for patients and families in physical and emotional crisis situations, after hours. Our On-Call Nurses also have exceptional communication skills, a nice mixture of attention to detail, a love of new challenges and follow through that assures stability in the daily challenges of changing patient conditions. This position provides direct care after hours to assure quality seamless care is provided to patients & family members through pain control and end of life symptom management after hours while working with a dynamic interdisciplinary team. We provide all services to patients in their home settings which require driving from location to location within our service territory.
