The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing with a focus on infusion therapy, ensuring the highest quality of care for patients. This role requires expertise in various medical settings and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Administer intravenous (IV) medications and therapies as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients during infusion treatments, assessing for any adverse reactions or complications. Educate patients and their families about infusion procedures, potential side effects, and aftercare instructions. Maintain accurate records of patient assessments, treatments, and responses to therapies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Ensure compliance with aseptic techniques and infection control protocols during all procedures. Provide support in various nursing specialties including medical-surgical, hospice palliative medicine, and emergency medicine as needed. Assist in the care of patients with developmental disabilities and those requiring home community care services.

Experience Candidates should have:

A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with relevant clinical experience in infusion therapy or related fields. Familiarity with coding practices related to nursing documentation is preferred. Experience working in primary care clinics or providing toddler care is a plus. Strong knowledge of medical-surgical nursing practices and emergency medicine protocols. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations, including those with developmental disabilities.
