  • Cardiac/ Medical IMCUFull time NightsThis position may beeligible for a sign on bonus and/or relocation assistance forqualified candidates The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care is aproactive member of an interdisciplinary team of licensed andunlicensed care givers who ensure that patients, families andsignificant others receive individualized high quality, safepatient care.

They practice in a clinical environment that isadministered by Nurse Managers and other leaders and is supportedthrough the Wellstar Shared Governance Model. The framework forpractice is steered by the Wellstar Professional Practice Model andevidence-based practice and research. RN competencies are derivedfrom these models and supported by the Wellstar Values.

It isexpected that all RN Clinical Nurses Critical Care are licensed,knowledgeable and uphold the practice of nursing as outlined by theGeorgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and implements the Scope ofPractice and Code of Ethics Standards put forth by the AmericanNurses Association. As a member of the patient services team, it isexpected that the individual upholds the voice of the patient,system policies and procedures while supporting service excellencegoals.

Required Minimum Education:
