• Provide administrative leadership support throughout facility as needed
• Plan and balance staffing across nursing units
• ICU bed placement
• Respond to patient and employee concerns
• Respond to codes to provide administrative leadership support
• Cover for Employee Health during off-shift times (needle sticks, blood-borne pathogen exposure, etc.)
• Serve as Incident Commander during emergency operations until appropriate leadership response is secured
• Coach, council, and advise staff as needed
• Rounding through units to gather and share information and provide support
