We combine technology, staffing, and training to support care delivery in Urology, Urogynecology, ObGyn, and GI practices across the U.S. We are seeking an adaptable and driven Specialty Procedure Nurse (LPN or RN) to support diagnostic services in medical offices and hospitals with short-term staffing needs. Core Responsibilities Travel to partner clinics and hospitals to deliver diagnostic testing services Perform and document comprehensive urodynamic and anorectal manometry studies Review patient histories and tailor diagnostic protocols to individual clinical needs Ensure accurate data collection, patient safety, and clinical professionalism Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, providers, and office staff Maintain, store, and transport testing equipment and supplies Support clinic staff and complete light administrative work during nonclinical days Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program (LPN or RN) Active nursing license (multistate licensure or willingness to obtain additional licenses) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation CPR/BLS Certification Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for prolonged periods Exceptional communication, customer service, and organizational skills Comfortable working independently and adapting quickly to new environments Preferred Qualifications Experience in urodynamics, OR, pelvic health, or urology Knowledge of lower urinary tract/anorectal anatomy and catheterization Experience working remotely or in a virtual support environment Familiarity with diagnostic software and EMR systems Benefits (for eligible employees) Health, dental, and vision insurance Referral bonuses Work Settings Outpatient clinics Specialty medical practices Hospitalbased diagnostic settings How to Apply If you are passionate about delivering exceptional diagnostic care and want to grow in a high-demand clinical specialty, we encourage you to apply today.
