CaseManagement Position Overview:

We are seeking a Registered NurseCase Manager for a full-time contract role at a regional office inAtlanta, GA. This position is onsite and supports the Quality RiskManagement & Patient Transition team . The RN will be responsiblefor clinical assessments, care coordination, patient advocacy, andensuring transitions of care are safe and efficient.

KeyResponsibilities:
