Summary We are seeking a Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical to join our team. This role is critical in providing high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical setting. You will play an essential part in supporting patients through their recovery process while working collaboratively with a dedicated healthcare team. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical unit, ensuring safety and comfort. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition to the healthcare team. Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures as needed. Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Experience in a medical-surgical setting preferred. Strong skills in suturing, ventilating, and managing patient care effectively. Familiarity with electronic health records systems such as eClinicalWorks or Epic is a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
