Job Duties:

Answering incoming patient calls Placing outbound calls to patients Triaging patient calls to identify urgency/identifying next steps to patient care Communicating with Providers to determine treatment advise from inquiring patients. Contacting patients to review lab results. Administrative duties may apply due to work load and will be determined by management.

Required Skills :

Valid nursing license and certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or License Practical Nurse Must be an articulate conversationalist with a positive, upbeat personality. Time management Proficient in diagnostic evaluation and providing appropriate care to patients Ability to multi-task Must have respect for patients and fellow co-workers. Detail Oriented Data Entry Computer skills Team Oriented HIPAA Compliant Ability to Prioritize Preference will be given for previous experience in Ob/GYN. Experience with eClinical works is desired. Pay rate negotiable based on experience.
