In this role, you will provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring patient safety and delivering exceptional nursing care. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in the critical care unit, monitoring vital signs and responding to changes in patient conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Document all patient interactions and care provided accurately in medical records. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Perform advanced procedures such as airway management, spinal taps, and other critical interventions as needed. Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care or ICU settings preferred. Strong knowledge of medical documentation practices and standards. Proficient in airway management techniques and critical care protocols. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
