Certified Peer Specialist – Assertive Community Treatment Position Available In Hall, Georgia
Tallo's Job Summary: Will have clinical skills and experience to assess, plan, develop, coordinate, and provide treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to program clients with severe and persistent mental illnesses under the clinical supervision of the team leader and the psychiatrist. Advocate for clients, work with them on WRAP workbook, teach coping skills, and create a toolbox. Support and guide Peer Support services in an outpatient setting, provide support to individuals with an SMPI diagnosis, conduct group counseling, assist with community resources, and may transport clients as needed. Must have certification as a Peer Specialist/CARES in the state of Georgia, valid Georgia driver's license, and no more than 6 points on the driver's license in the last five years. Preferred qualifications include WRAP/WHAM certification, CPS certification, bilingual skills, excellent communication, organizational skills, and being a team player.
