Urgently hiring reliable RN for home care client. Male client with Trisomy 21, myxedema coma, and acute respiratory failure. He is nonverbal, he has a trach and is ventilator dependent. He is incontinent, and can ambulate without assist. He has a GJ-Tube for feedings and medications, but he can also eat food by mouth. Teaching and educating the family on the client’s diagnosis and care will be needed. The client is home schooled. He likes music, music videos, and going outside.
