Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Join ourteam as a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) in the Progressive CareUnit (PCU), providing specialized care for patients who requireclose monitoring but do not need intensive care unit-level support.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patients’ conditions regularly and develop personalizedcare plans tailored to their medical needs. Administer medications, monitor vital signs closely, and adjusttreatments according to patient responses under physicianguidance. Utilize advanced monitoring equipment to track patient progresseffectively. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensurecomprehensive patient management and smooth transitions ofcare. Educate patients and families about health conditions,treatment regimens, recovery processes, and dischargeplanning. Create accurate documentation of patient assessments,interventions provided, and outcomes achieved in medical recordssystems.

Work Environment:

This role is based in hospital PCUs serving patientstransitioning from intensive care or requiring intermediate-levelmonitoring and support. The position requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability,effective communication skills, and the ability to handle dynamichealthcare situations calmly.
