Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified, compassionate and experienced individual to join our growing team. The right candidate will have a strong background in Skilled Nursing, detail oriented, aware of surroundings, meticulous at taking notes/charting, and able to follow and/or help develop client care plans. This will include the responsibility of performing In home Initial Assessments & Reassessments for our clients!

Schedule:

7days per week 7a & 7p (12HRS Total per week)

1099 Initial Assessment (RN only) Re-Assessments (RN & LPN) $45/hr-Initial Assessments $35/hr- Re-assessments

Valid DL, First Aid/CPR/RN 4 years experience caring for Geriatric community in Homecare/Healthcare setting
