RN Healthy Heroes LLC Pendergrass, GA 30567 A Home Health Nurse is responsible for traveling to a patient’s home to administer their services and helping patients maintain their independence. Their duties include administering at-home IVs, changing dressings, cleaning wounds etc and updating Doctors about their patient’s health. This particular position pays $40.00- $50.00 dollars an hour depending on experience. 35-40 hours a week.
