School Registered Nurse :

We’re urgently hiring an experienced School Registered Nurse to join a dedicated team in a local school district near Watkinsville, GA.
Responsibilities:
Conduct Health Assessments:
Perform routine health checks, physical exams, and emergency evaluations for students and staff.
Provide First Aid:
Offer first aid and emergency care for injuries and illnesses that arise during school hours.
Administer Medications:
Manage and administer medications and treatments as prescribed for students with chronic conditions.
Develop Care Plans:
Create and implement care plans for students with chronic health issues like asthma or diabetes. Educate on
Health:
Teach students, parents, and staff about health topics and manage chronic conditions.
Maintain Health Records:
Keep accurate and confidential health records, including immunization and health histories. Prepare for
Emergencies:
Develop emergency health protocols and conduct drills for medical emergencies and illness outbreaks.
Collaborate and Communicate:
Work with school staff and parents to address health needs and ensure a healthy school environment.

Contract Full time 2025- 2026 school year
Requirements:
