Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a skilled Home Health RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Dallas, GA. This role is ideal for a compassionate and detail-oriented nurse with experience in OASIS documentation and Homecare Homebase. Join a dedicated team providing top-tier patient care in a home setting!
Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-home patient evaluations and implement care plans Deliver skilled nursing care, including IV therapy, wound care, and medication administration Maintain accurate OASIS documentation using Homecare Homebase Educate patients and families on health management and recovery Participate in on-call coverage as needed
Qualifications:
Active RN license in Georgia Minimum of 2 years of recent home health experience Proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase required Current BLS certification (AHA) Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the
