Job Summary and Qualifications Seeking a Nurse Extern for our facility who provides clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. As a Nurse Extern, you will function under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse and perform specific and assigned tasks, which are supportive of all patient populations. What you will do in this role:

  • You will provide adequate daily patient care and report information to Team Leader.
  • You will provide a safe and confidential environment for the patient.
  • You will accept accountability for completion of assignments, demonstrate reliability and dependability, adhere to attendance policies, and utilize time and resources efficiently.
  • You will reflect the values of HCA Healthcare and our ethics and compliance principles in your daily activities (as stated in Code of Conduct).
  • You will commit to work 24 hours a month.
What qualifications you will need:

  • Must be currently enrolled in an approved RN Program and completed Fundamentals of Nursing
