Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Active Georgia RN Registered Nurse License OR Active Georgia LPN Licensed Practical Nurse License One (1) year of prior home health care experience BLS CPR Certified Prior experience in Chronic Disease Management, Preferred Self-Starter, highly motivated and dedicated Experience working with patients with feeding tube, tracheotomy, or ventilator A Plus Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment •In addition to standard homecare nursing services – including wound care, insurance assessments, and infusions; Interim HealthCare of Augusta provides some unique services sure to build your skills and push you towards to cutting edge of healthcare.
