The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients in a telemetry unit, utilizing their expertise in monitoring and interpreting vital signs. Duties Monitor patients’ vital signs and telemetry data. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with the healthcare team to create individualized care plans. Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care techniques. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. Respond effectively to medical emergencies. Job details
