Medical care provided in theprivacy of the patient’s home. Requires driving to multiplepatients’ homes daily.
Lic/Certs:

Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other healthteam members. Provides and coordinates patient care with other health teammembers. Monitors patients’ responses to interventions and reportsoutcomes. Administers medications as ordered with appropriatedocumentation Medical care provided in the privacy of the patient’s home Requires driving to multiple patient’s homes daily Shares on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response timeif required Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications/Requirements One years’ experience as a RN, at least 6 months recent HomeHealth experience required Current RN License Current BLS Certification Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license Must have valid auto insurance Other certifications or licenses may be required for thisposition Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonalcommunication skills, ability to read/comprehend writteninstructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills
Physical Abilities:
Remain in a stationary position, moveabout, move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending.
