Assess pient’s physiological, psychosocial stus to formule a da base (nursing care plan) to include preparing goals based upon nursing
diagnosis, and develop pient outcomes. Manage care of pients for a wide range of procedures of an advanced nure and difficulty, where there is high susceptibility to infection and
bodily functions are mechanically assisted by life support equipment. Make independent perioperive nursing judgments and approprie revisions in the care plan based on moment-to-moment changes in the
pient’s condition and responses. Serve as unit coordinor for selected committees such as Quality Assurance, Infection Control, Inservice, etc. Requirements Conditions of Employment Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determinion, as determined by a completed background investigion.
