Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality patient care. • Provide patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Conduct patient assessments, identify patient needs, and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by a physician.
• Perform catheter care and tube feeding procedures.
• Operate and maintain DME equipment.
• Provide PICU-level care to pediatric patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in occupational health programs to promote employee health and well-being.
• Document patient care in a timely and accurate manner. Qualifications
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BSN degree or equivalent.
• Experience in pediatrics and home care.
• Strong understanding of patient assessment and care.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with DME equipment and catheter care procedures.
• Knowledge of PICU-level care and occupational health practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, move, or assist patients with disabilities.
