Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality patient care. This role requires an individual who is dedicated to delivering exceptional care to patients in various settings, including home care, nursing homes, and occupational health. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatrics and a commitment to patient assessment and care. Duties
- Provide patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Conduct patient assessments, identify patient needs, and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by a physician.
- Perform catheter care and tube feeding procedures.
- Operate and maintain DME equipment.
- Provide PICU-level care to pediatric patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in occupational health programs to promote employee health and well-being.
- Document patient care in a timely and accurate manner. Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- BSN degree or equivalent.
- Experience in pediatrics and home care.
- Strong understanding of patient assessment and care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with DME equipment and catheter care procedures.
- Knowledge of PICU-level care and occupational health practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift, move, or assist patients with disabilities.
