As an RN, you will be an essential part of the care team, providing high-quality patient care in fast-paced and supportive environments. You’ll work closely with other healthcare professionals, delivering expert support and compassion to those who need it most. Responsibilities of the RN Provide direct and compassionate nursing care to medical-surgical patients. Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient wellbeing. Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to hospital protocols. Requirements for the TRN Current and valid RN license in the USA (Georgia license preferred or willingness to obtain). Minimum of 1 year of experience in Med Surg nursing. BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and procedures. A positive attitude and a strong passion for patient care.
