Job Description
Enrollment Coordinator ( LPN or RN license required) 5.0 5.0 out of 5 stars 1402 Walston Avenue, Dalton, GA 30720 The RossWoods Adult Day Health Enrollment Coordinator reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for assisting caregivers who are inquiring about enrollment at RossWoods. The Coordinator answers questions about our program, conducts tours of our facility, communicates with phyicans for enrollment paperwork, helps create medical charts and upkeep of paperwork for RossWoods participants. They are the first contact in building a relationship with the RossWoods program and services. RN or LPN license & experience is needed for knowledge and assessment of inquiry calls, medical care needs, charting and care plans. Candidate needs to be very comfortable with communicating and answering questions, conducting tours, staying organized and able to multi- task with different families at one time. Microsoft Office Suite knowledge required This position is also part of the RossWoods team which includes medical staff and program assistants.
