Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings in EHR systems. Administer basic life support and manage airway as necessary. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and families on health management and treatment options. Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations while maintaining a safe environment. Qualifications Valid RN License Proficient in patient care and assessment Experience with EHR systems, particularly Epic and Cerner Skills in catheterization, IV insertion, and tube feeding Knowledge of physiology and basic life support Familiarity with home and community care practices Experience in critical care and long-term care settings Ability to manage airway and provide health coaching
