Willis Knighton North is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Tech to join our healthcare team. This position is ideal for nursing students who have completed the first level of a registered nurse program and are eager to gain hands-on experience in a hospital setting. As a Nurse Tech, you will have the unique opportunity to work in various departments, providing basic patient care and supporting our medical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates).
Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
Perform basic patient care tasks, including changing bed linens and assisting with mobility.
Monitor and report any changes in patients’ conditions to the nursing staff.
Support the nursing team with medical procedures and patient care as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Qualifications:
Completion of the first level of a registered nurse program.
