• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing. Work Experience Required
• 2 Yrs in Obstetric Required
• Current registered nurse (RN) license in state ofpractice.

Effectively uses the nursing process in the delivery of patientcare. Communicates, delegates, and manages nursing team resources (humanand fiscal) properly and serves as a leader and partner on theinterdisciplinary team. Uses data, information, and knowledge to evaluate and promotechange in order to achieve optimal outcomes. Embraces concepts and behaviors that enhance customer satisfactionand employee morale and improvement in the profession ofnursing. Remains knowledgeable on current federal, state and local laws,accreditation standards or regulatory agency requirements thatapply to the assigned area of responsibility and ensures compliancewith all such laws, regulations and standards. NOTE:

The constant stress and strain of maintaining a productionrate pace, especially in an industrial setting, can be and isphysically demanding of a worker even though the amount of forceexerted is negligible. The incumbent works in a patient care area;works in an area where patients enter; There may be an occupationalrisk for exposure to communicable diseases. Because the incumbent works within a healthcare setting, there maybe occupational risk for exposure to hazardous medications orhazardous waste within the environment through receipt, transport,storage, preparation, dispensing, administration, cleaning and/ordisposal of contaminated waste. The risk level of exposure mayincrease depending on the essential job duties of the role. #Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week(subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to bedetermined.
