$53/hour

Responsibilities:
Assess patients’ health needs and develop individualized nursing care plans Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly Identify and respond to physical and emotional health issues Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (e.g., physicians, therapists, nutritionists, social workers) Educate and counsel patients and families on care plans and preventive health Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Qualifications:
Must possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York Prior experience in a nursing home, LTC, or similar setting preferred Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently Ability to supervise and guide subordinate nursing staff Excellent communication and critical thinking skills This job is also searched as Registered Nurse, RN, nursing home, long term care, LTC, skilled nursing facility, SNF, Weekend Nurse, Weekend, Week-end HL01
