The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care in various settings, including memory care, acute care, and emergency room environments. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in patient assessment, treatment planning, and the execution of care protocols to ensure optimal health outcomes. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond to changes in their condition. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care effectively. Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations, including sterile processing protocols. Participate in case management activities to facilitate continuity of care. Assist in airway management and other emergency procedures as necessary. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with internal medicine standards. Requirements Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Experience in memory care, acute care, or within a Level II Trauma Center is preferred. Knowledge of sterile processing techniques and protocols is an asset. Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound clinical decisions under pressure. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also being capable of independent work when required. Familiarity with medical office procedures and standards of care is desirable. Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to best practices in nursing.
