- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in NursingWork Experience Required

- Effectively uses theNursing Process in the delivery of patient care.
- Assesseslearning needs and implement teaching strategies appropriate forthe diverse needs of the patient, family and other groups ordisciplines.
- Communicates, delegates and manages nursing teamresources (human and fiscal) properly and serves as a leader andpartner on the Interdisciplinary Team.
- Utilizes data, informationand knowledge to evaluate and promote change in order to achieveoptimal outcomes.
- Embraces concepts and behaviors that enhancecustomer satisfaction and employee morale and improvement in theprofession of nursing.
