EXPERIENCED HOME HEALTH RN NEEDED FOR THE MID-CITY/NBR AREA.

Superior Home Health is growing and we’re looking for new members to join our team. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in the Baton Rouge area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of home healthcare along with excellent clinical skills, the ability to educate on medications and processes, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care across diverse populations. Responsibilities Assess patient health problems and needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records. Provide education to patients and their families regarding health management and disease prevention. Participate in training programs for new staff. Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Requirements Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Louisiana. Experience in home healthcare. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to educate patients effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while demonstrating strong leadership skills.
