Certification NICU experience RN License Mid-level 2 years Full Job Description Our NICU offers patient centered, family involved care to premature and full term infants requiring intensive care. Teamwork is an essential part in providing care to our NICU patients.
JOB PURPOSE OR MISSION
: To improve the quality of life of patients and families by coordinating patient care processes of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in collaboration with the patient, family, physician, and appropriate support services for the age population served, as defined in the department’s scope of service.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 2
year nursing experience in a Level
III NICU
required
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within 1 year
SPECIAL SKILL, LICENSE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing Certification encouraged/preferred. 2 years of Level
III NICU
experience Must be autonomous, open to charge RN training.
