- Registered Nurse Diploma Preferred
- Associate’s or Bachelor’sdegree in Nursing Work Experience Required
- Experience workingwith and maintaining confidential information. Experience workingin a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Preferred
- Leadership skills / experience directly supervising or managingothers Basic computer skills Certifications Required
- Current RNLicense in the state of practice Current Basic Life Support (BLS)certification from the American Heart Association Preferred
- Certification in clinical specialty area Knowledge Skills andAbilities (KSAs)
- Strong organizational skills and detailedoriented.
- Good time management skills and self-directed.
- Demonstrates good judgement.

- Effectively uses the NursingProcess in the delivery of patient care.
- Assesses learning needsand implement teaching strategies appropriate for the diverse needsof the patient, family and other groups or disciplines.
- Communicates, delegates and manages nursing team resources (humanand fiscal) properly and serves as a leader and partner on theInterdisciplinary Team.
