What We’re Looking For:
Team-focused, clinically sharp, and confident in managing cardiac interventions 1 year of clinical RN experience preferred Current Louisiana RN licensure ACLS certification required within 1 year of hire Knowledge of basic ECG rhythm interpretation

What You Will Do:
Provide direct, specialized care for patients requiring cardiac monitoring and procedural interventions. Coordinate patient assessments and collect health data Analyze assessments to develop nursing diagnoses and identify expected outcomes Create and implement interdisciplinary care plans Monitor progress toward outcomes and adjust interventions as needed Initiate and manage non-titrated IV cardiac infusions Interpret ECG rhythm strips and manage necessary interventions Set up and perform cardioversion procedures Administer and monitor procedural sedation Perform other duties as assigned
