• RESPONSIBILITIES

• ProgressiveCare Unit RNs (PCU RNs) care for patients who need close monitoringand frequent assessment but aren’t unstable enough to require ICUcare. PCU RNs use computer equipment to monitor cardiac and othervital information. PCU RN job responsibilities include, but are notlimited to:
• PCU RN records patients medical information and vitalsigns
• Prepare equipment and assist physician during examinationand treatment of patient
• Monitor and adjust specialized equipmentused on patients and interpret electronic displays to help guidetreatment
• Requires 2 years of recent
