• Description/Requirements
• Long Term Acute Care RNs(LTAC RNs) provide quality patient care during the patientassessment, intervention, and evaluation process. LTAC RNscollaborate with all members of a patient’s healthcare team toformulate a care plan that ensures optimum outcomes and continuityof care. LTAC RN job responsibilities include, but are not limitedto:
• LTAC RNs are responsible for dispensing medications, chesttubes, ventilators, wound vacs, critical care IV Drips, feedingtubes, and central lines
• Monitor, implement and evaluate status ofpatient
• Give guidance and supervision to clinical support staff
• Requires 1 year of recent experience in the specialty you areapplying for.
